A GROWING AMONG TREND MUSICIANS: Making music, no longer enough. MUST CREATIVELY DIRECT RANDOM COMPANIES.


Justin Timberlake,  pretty much a music idol in the 21st century, was recently named Creative Director for Bud Light Platinum,  I noted last week that Alicia Keys was named the Global Creative Director for Blackberry,  Taylor Swift has something serious going on with Diet Coke, and now Lupe Fiasco has accepted the role of Creative Director for a new health app, Higi.  I respect Lupe's choice to find a place in a environment that is working in the wellness field, it seems to fit him.  Check ABC.com's top 8 Celebrity Creative Directors.  I mean, I get that bringing a celebrity onboard might bring a certain element of sex/allure that only someone with a large fan base would incite, but seriously hey multiplatinum singer/songwriters? Can you leave some jobs for us regulars?
